Well folks it was nice while it lasted!!!I am worn out and need a break!
When I started this Blog it was so much fun but then it ended up in a full time job!!!
All people had to say was " Do you have, can I have, Please post so and so, I request that and that" and I did what I could!!!!!
The main TRIGGER in closing was:
PEOPLE ARE SO GREEDY THAT WHEN I DON'T REACT WITHIN 10 MINUTES THEY POST THEIR REQUEST ON ANY BLOG THEY COULD FIND!!!
(Right, 805Cyclone????)
IN THE END 10 PEOPLE WAS TRYING TO SEARCH FOR 1 LOUSY REQUEST WHEN ALL IT TOOK WAS SOME TIME AND PATIENCE!!!! WELL AND "WE" THE BLOG OWNERS DO TALK TO EACH OTHER AND TRYIN' TO HELP EACH OTHER OUT.............!!!!
I searched for what I did not have and posted and posted! Very few people contributed anything but were fast in demanding this and demanding that, cuzzing me out for not reacting, not once saying thank you!!!!
SO YOU ALL TAKE CARE!!! Certain people know how to reach me ( http://funkuniversum.soulsboard.com ) and I am always willing to help, but as of today by EMAIL only and on my own PACE!!!!

Im writeing to apologize for upseting you. Those werent my intentions. I know you put a lot of time & effort into your blog & its greatly apriciated. People dont take the time to thank you. So I wana say Thanks. A lot of the albums you post are hard to find where im from. If it wasnt for you I probably would have never found some of them. If you dont continue your blog I understand but hopefully you return. I dont want to be the reason for you leaveing. Sorry QS. Your friend.

OMG!!! Say it isn't so, QS......No doubt your blogs became a full time job....they are the best!!! I visit your two blogs every single day to see what your latest finds are....OMG....I can't believe it's over. I'm so stunned that I am at a loss for words. Thank you for all your efforts to bring us the music that brought back childhood memories. I think you have found me about 5 hard to find tracks. I only called upon you when I know songs were buried in Davey Jones' locker! You are the friggin Dopest! All HAIL THE QUEEN! It is a shame that u can not keep it going but people have to have to understand that having a blog is supposed to be fun and not a full time job. Posting stuff should revolve around you not around peoples request and their pressure 4 u to do so. I is great that u shared so much. Hope you have a great rest. QS Bird. I am only sorry that you didnt get the appreciation and feedback you deserved. Some people just have no patience and show little appreciation. I know that i emailed you and asked for 1 or two tracks that you didnt have which was fine. But i did also ask how i could contribute some albums because i just felt to give someting back. I went into my loft and dug around and pulled out some gems i was really looking forward to posting. I have a fair amount of records - not as many as most as I bought most things on import which broke me a bit while at school/college.
Anyway you can take pride in what you achieved on this blog. I did email u thanking you for what you have done and i can understand how its become almost a full time job.

Wish I had been keeping up with checking up on your blog lately (as I had that stupid Sweet Sensation album that everyone was searching for! I actually had to go buy it, because I had searched for too long for it online.)
I just want to say Thank You for all the hard work you have put in and all of the great stuff you have shared with us the past couple of years. I always got some pleasant suprises when I visited your blogs. I remember discovering your blogs through another great blog that closed down as well, Precious P's site.

hi there, Im very new to the world of searching for rare music on blogs, and I came upon your site recently.. only to find out that its closed due to ppl who are not thankful. Very sad..you have some very fine music here which i've been dying to get a hold of, even more so becuz its almost impossible to get it in my country (malaysia) and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hard work.
